Hi there,
Is it possible to run the pixel mapping function, for the Nikon D5100 camera sensor, using this tool ?
Thanks

I just read this, and had the same problem with the libtdl error.
Its very misleading.

autoconf
libtool
pkg-config
GNU make
libusb
gcc-g77
libiconv
gettext

you need the following libraries plus the libtdl, and that will resolve the error even though the libtdl is installed on cygwin..

I don't know why that works

I'm going to blog this for myself but a nifty tutorial.

How to use gphoto2 on windows and Cygwin tested with 2.5.1.1.

1) First, download http://sourceforge.net/projects/libusb-win32/
2) unzip it somewhere, and run ./bin/inf-wizard.exe, select your camera and when you're finished click
the "Install" button. This installs the proper windows driver so it does not mount as an unmountable
"device and printer"
3) download libgphoto2 and gphoto2 from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gphoto/files/
4) unzip them somewhere.
5) most likely at this point you need libraries from cygwin, I reran the cygwin setup.exe from the cygwin website
and made double sure I had the followin libraries in dev and lib versions...
autoconf
libtool
pkg-config
GNU make
libusb
gcc-g77
libiconv
gettext
popt and libpopt
(the errors here will be no descriptive)
6) browse to the libgphoto2-yourversion folder
./configure
make
make install
7) browse to the gphoto2-yourversion folder
./configure
make
make install
8) test...
gphoto2 -a
gphoto2 --summary
gphoto2 --capture-image
