Hi,

I have a D7000, and I want to connect a WU-1b dongle for WiFi control... I red all wiki information of but i don't know how can I do to make it compatible...

For example, I don't know the correct pins are in the usb connector...

The WU-1b seems to work the same way, but with a Mini-USB plug.
connect pins 2 and 3 to USB D+ and D-
connect pin 1 to 5V
connect pin 5 to GND
using a voltage divider (eg 20k/30k) to put 3V on pin 4.

And I don't know how can I do to modify the firmware!!!

Please, I need a dummy guide!!!

I guess you do not have to modifier any firmware part. You just have to apply those voltages to the correct pin.

Some are writing that this hack is working with the d800. Does anybody tried the WU-1b on a D810?
