I got a D600... Is it the same thing with service oil spots in Europe/Sweden?

I can now confirm that users here in Europe/Sweden is also affected to this good news :) I already had a lot of problem with my D600 camera...

Just to note, this recall covers New Zealand also, thus I'd assume it's is a world wide thing.

This is good news, I applaud Nikon for offering free recall service for D600's both in and out of warranty. Some D600 users have reported they suspect NIkon upgraded their D600 with D610 shutter mechanisms, which seems like a reasonable way to repair the original manufacturing defect.
