Nikon Hacker

I'm trying to add the time limit removal and live view manual control to my camera. I've downloaded the update bin file from Nikon, uploded it to Nikon Hacker, clicked on the updates I want to add and downloaded the patched file. The patched file name was "patched_D5100_0102". My camera didn't seem to recognise this so I deleted the patched part of the file name to make it the same as the original. This seemed to work, the camera went through the update process and the listed firmware version on A changed from 1.01 to 1.02, B and L stayed the same, 1.01 and 1.003. On checking for the time limit and manual live view operation there is no change. The time limit is 24m 18s, I have a 128Gb sim so that shouldn't be limiting the time to this.
