I cannot understand the complex underlying code, so brute force it with every increment of 1 in the second argument. Then by using R, I could tell which value corresponding to the ISO.

It seems the 6 LSBs are responsible for analog gain control.

Arg_2 from 30-78 corresponds to ISO100 to 25600 in 1/6EV increment.

Still trying to decode Arg_1.

This function will be especially helpful to capture a lot of bias frame and short duration dark frame without the need for mechanical shutter actuation.

The master table contains 193 APGC registers sets are in 1/24EV increment at 0xC48A offset.

475D Argument 1

Arg_1 seems to be a signed short int (-128 ~ 127) controlling the shutter speed from 30' to highest possible.
-128 ~ -30 are 30 sec exposures. From -30 to 127 the shutter speed gradually increases.

0 is 1 second exposure.

Sniffing is need to determine if the highest speed here is actually 1 line SHS1.

Is there any chance that you'll provide the tool you mentioned that allows you to take bias frames without shutter actuation?
